TRACT B: Beginning at a 5/8” rebar and cap set on line of Plum Creek, corner to Tract A and proceeding thence with said Plum Creek, N. 70° 56’ 27” E., 1600.71 feet to a 5/8” rebar and cap set, corner to Tract C; thence through the survey with Tract C, S. 18° 57’ 18” E. 287.92 feet to a 5/8” rebar and cap set on line of Truesby Ruth Martin; thence with said Martin, S. 71° 02’ 39” W. 1600.71 feet to a 5/8” rebar and cap set at corner to Tract A; thence through said survey with Tract A reversing bear shown on said plat, N. 18° 57’ 16” W., 285.03 feet to the point of beginning. Said Tract “B” contains 10.527 acres more or less as shown on a plat prepared by SCS Surveyors, dated the 31st day of August 2016, as shown on said plat to be taken and read as a part of this conveyance.
There is hereby conveyed a 20 foot right of way to said Tract as shown on said plat to be taken and read as a part of this conveyance.
This conveyance is also made subject to all exceptions, reservations, conditions, agreements, and provisions contained in all prior deeds in the chain of title to the real estate herein conveyed, except any and all pertaining to race, color or creed.
